Our Personal Shopper service is available for customers who would prefer us to pack their own custom box. This might include specific fruits and veg, along with our grass fed beef and lamb, pickles, preserves and take home meals.

If you would like us to pack you a custom box, here is the process:

1. Add Personal Shopper to your basket (cost $10, this will be waived if you spend over $100)

2. Select your delivery or Click & Collect option

3. By all means in our Notes section add your wish list of products.

4. Pay at checkout

5. On the day your order is due, one of our staff will call you for your order and card details.

6. They will then pack your box and process your payment (if you spend over $100 we will waiver this $10 fee)

7. Your order will then be ready for collection (depending upon what option you choose).
